Who we are.
Colin and Hilary Bradnam are co-owners of Feathers & Finishing Carpentry. This husband and wife team live in Smithers, BC and are dedicated to providing the highest quality renovation and construction services to their clients.
Colin Bradnam has over 15 years of carpentry experience, and graduated from SAIT as a Journeyman Carpenter. He has lived in Smithers, BC since 2019 and fallen in love with the town and its people. Colin’s dedication to his trade, and his vast experience and knowledge ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Hilary Bradnam (Goble) was born and raised in Smithers, BC. After completing her BSc in Ecology, she worked as an Environmental Consultant for 5 years before shifting her focus to small business ownership. Her experience in Project Management and Permitting ensures your Project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Did you know that if you hire a registered contractor who is not making required payments to WorkSafeBC, you could be liable for insurance premiums relating to the work or service they provide to you? No matter who you select as your Contractor, make sure they are covered by WorkSafeBC.

Accidents are never planned, but when they do happen it’s important to know that you won’t be left alone to pick up the pieces. We maintain Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance so that you and your home are covered.
Always make sure your contractor maintains CGL insurance so that you are covered in the event of bodily injuries or property damage.

Just because the Project is over, doesn’t mean we disappear. We offer a 1-year warranty on our installation services, and offer our support if product defects occur.
